"Refund was sorted out quickly"
I was a bit annoyed at first because I wasn’t in the best mood when I reached out, but the complaint was handled really quickly. The refund came through without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated

"Fair prices, and no sneaky extras"
I’ve used Student Agency a few times now for bus tickets, the prices have been decent for what you get. I kind of expected there to be some catch, like extra fees appearing at the end or the cheaper fare meaning a less comfortable ride, but that didn’t really happen. Booking was simple, the buses were comfy enough, and compared to a few other options I checked, it came out cheaper. For the money, especially if you travel regularly, it feels like good value. I’d use them again

"Fast support when I needed it"
I reached out to support and they got back to me really quickly, which was a relief because I didn’t want to waste time waiting around or risk things getting messed up. Everything was mostly smooth and worked out fine.

"Always on time and easy to book"
I’ve used studentagency.cz a few times now for bus trips, and they’ve been really reliable every time. Even when the station was busy, the bus still left pretty much on schedule and got in without any major delays.
The whole process was easy too, from booking the ticket to figuring out the trip details. For me, being on time is the most important thing, and they’ve done a great job with that. I’d definitely use them again.

"Bus seemed clean"
I only rode one of their buses, but it was clean and looked well kept. If that’s how they usually maintain them, I’d say they’re doing a good job.

"Comfy ride and wifi was good"
The ride was comfy, seats felt nice and I was happy the wifi worked good onboard. Made the trip feel easier.

"Booking was alright, ticket part was kinda confusing"
I got my ticket in the end, so that was fine, but the checkout felt a bit clunky here and there. Nothing too bad, just not super smooth
